I’ve tried getting ahold of those replacement spine pieces using the after-sales feature on Show Z but no
    response.

They responded to me right away.
Maybe your email got lost in the shuffle. I'd try again!

I hope ALL the replacement pieces aren't the wrong color (but I'm guessing they are...).

To follow up... My pieces were indeed a different color, however, the pieces go INSIDE the spine, and are 98% hidden.
I can't tell there was a color change.

BTW, the fixed did a wonderful job!

Finally received mine in the mail! Really fun figure! Question though, this image makes it look like there is articulation on the piece where his neck joins with his body, but on mine it seems completely stiff and stuck in place. It feels like trying to move it will cause it to break. Any ideas?

It was stiff on mine as well, but at some point, I managed to move it somehow.

Good to know! I'll apply pressure on it and then and slowly maybe get it to budge.

Edit: Oh look, there ya go, it budged!

So just got in the replacement spine pieces and installed them. It made me slightly nervous doing so, there weren't any instructions so I was just blindly going at it removing screws. Some pieces were glued together, so taking that apart didn't feel the best.

But once I got the new pieces and and put him all back, it comes together like a charm, and the new pieces completely solve his loose spine. His body is way more poseable now, allowing him not just to stand up straight, but to hold twisting poses too. Just brings the entire thing together and makes it just so lovely and fun to play with.

Really happy with the spine upgrade!

The after sales process got me nowhere so I guess I’ll just message show z again and see what they say.

    a bit of a warning
While I was placing my Transmutate back in box to store it away
I noticed the Left shoulder area had a hair line crack. The crack was not there when I received the figure in August of 2020
I'm assuming the cracked formed from the tight tension PIN used to hold the shoulder joints together and I think the plastic used is not that durable compared to Hasbro or major toy companies.
The crack runs along the PIN area.
And I checked the whole figure and did not find any other damaged pieces
Had my figure on display on my desk from August till December and only posed Transmutate a few times.
hopefully its just mine, cause its a pricey figure

So I messaged TFSource almost a month ago about getting my spine replacement parts, and they seemed to not know what I was talking about… they said they would message TransArt, but I have yet to hear back.
Has it been pretty easy for most of y’all to get your parts? If so, who did you end up messaging? I wonder if some retailers might have any extras they’d be willing to sell…

I never ended up getting the parts from my retailer. Transart are apparently a pain to deal with

Mine has the crack as well. I think it's a common issue, unfortunately.

And I got absolutely nothing from Show Z after multiple attempts. Seems to be a lottery.
Might be a bit late in the game at this point.

This could be spot on... But I'm surprised @ShowZStore wouldn't just tell you that. :tumbleweed:

I got an email back from them stating they don’t have anymore in stock, unfortunately

Anyone else lucky enough to find the replacement parts anywhere like on Ebay or someplace similar?

There were a few on sale on ShowZ during the November 11th sale. I was 50 bucks. If you are looking for him I would send ShowZ and email and ask them.
Also it came with the spine fix parts.
