Has anyone tried swapping trailcutter's wheels for hoist's or would it just be easier to paint trailcutter wheels?

The rear wheels are just clipped in, so you can just pull them out. As for the front ones, you'll need to punch out the pins. I personally would just punch out the pins and swap out the wheels because I'm inexperienced at painting.

Trailcutters are just black. Hoist has the centers painter silver. I suck at painting so thats why I was asking about removing the pins. Would it be easier to remove the long on the wheel and arm pivot on or try to remove the cap pin holding on the wheel?

It would be much easier to just paint them.

Yeah, just paint them. Brace your hands to prevent shaking and have a little 90% rubbing alchohol on hand to clean up any mistakes. Go slowly and carefully. It's really not hard.
