I just got my Double Your Action Giveaway figures on monday and I got Barricade, Ravage, and Blazemaster. I knew I wasn't going to get the things I wanted. I already had a Barricade, so I traded it for a Sideswipe. I already opened up Blazemaster and Ravage, turns out I'm not very impressed with the copter. As for Ravage, he's a cool figure but I just don't seem to be into him. So I am wondering if I could just take those two back in the packages, and turn it in to Wal-Mart for a Night Ops Ratchet. I am also curious about the Night Ops Ratchet figure itself. Any advises or suggestions?
It's just the same as the other Voyager Ratchets (which I really like) with that color scheme. I like the color combinations on him, but if you're getting him, it's really just for the paint scheme.
I've actually seen some Wave 7s when HftD were starting to show up near my Wal Mart. I'm hoping they would take them.
keep them, there is nothing wrong with them and all the cost you was a stamp it would be very shady to do what your proposing.
ROTF stuff is still in their systems, so any return shouldn't be a problem. But Night Ops Ratchet is a rather odd and underwhelming choice in return for your unwanted figures. Sea Spray or maybe Payload, I could totally understand, but not really him.
It is a total Douche move. There is no justification you can provide to make it "OK" to take back old-wave-free figures to get something new.
After thinking about this, I should have kept all my reciepts and sent them in. I wouldn't have wanted the toys, but they would have been perfect for Toys for Tots.
