    According to current secondary market values though, it's an even swap. I wouldn't do any "bonus figure" toss ins, and I'd encourage the other guy to look up current values for a mint, loose, complete classics sideswipe.

    Straiight trade or Sideswipe + $5 = United Jazz. The whole Sideswipe is loose but Jazz is MISB goes out the window as Jazz is currently still the easier one to get.
