    In the article below, Walmart says that if it's the truck's fault, they'll take full responsibility. I'm guessing that it'll be found in the fault of the truck driver, and not the truck itself. Tracy's said to be "mending" after surgery on his broken leg, also, the limo driver said he could hear Tracy screaming for help while he was still in the car:
