    I had a Takara Blurr so I wanted to do something with the Hasbro so I decided to take a go at Shattered Glass Blurr. I was going by the Botcon '08 version as an homage. Due to the chest yes the hollow bits on the forearms are facing outwards unfortunately but it avoids partsforming. He is still a work-in-progress so he does need a little more tweaking.
