I got the Hasbro TR Overlord and like the other Titans Returns, he comes packaged in robot mode. The only bit to fully transform to robot mode is to flip the black piece that's behind his head down so that its flush against his back. So far have no luck as the hinge that should allow half of that black piece to flip down is stuck. Anyone ran into this and found a way to fix it?

The part I'm trying to flip down is at the 14 minute mark in this video.

    Thanks.

Hey, I trouble with this too, that part does need a lot of force to hinge down. I don't like it either, but it gets better over time. Just pull it down like emgo did with a bit of force, it is a bit of a flaw.

Thanks. After I attached the jet to the backpack, pushed down on the jet and gave it a big shove down, I was able to get that part down.

Yeah, I think it's a problem with the mold. I thought I was going to break mine when I needed to push that part down. (Not only that I thought I mis-transformed him to not have the part flip back nicely)

I know that mine is fine, so must be an issue for some but not all.

I simply hate the bad QI of so many figures as of late I find. So many of the CW have some sort of issues.. heck the KOs I have are almost all better quality, less loose articulation than authentic ones.
