Wow, that looks great. I love the colors on the cannon.

 

Very nice work here, and that Fakebusker head looks great! I like the forearm mod too.

 

I'm using the original cannon for it right now and haven't painted it yet, I'll update it when I do. Thinking of modding this cannon for it, but then I won't be able to sell off the mania king he stole it from.

 

Fore arm was really easy just drilled a hole , I also shorted his arms by about 1/4" to add the new hands. The helmet is my 1st shapeways purchase, it's great but took paint like a sponge in person the paint has a nice glossy finish from dry brushing silver under the purple coats, I couldn't reproduce that with the FB helmet, I'm thinking maybe a high gloss clearcoat? If anyone knows how to make that material more glossy love to hear it.

It's from mania king I painted years ago. It was the version 1 god awful white one.

Glad you like it most of the credit goes to hasbro this figure lends itself really well to customizing. And to Fakebuster on Shapeways for the absolutely wicked crown upgrade.

Not sure about the helmet, as it looks too big for me. The paintwork is amazing, though.

 

Thanks, I see what you mean about the proportions of the head. In hand it's a little less jarring as the width of the shoulders off sets it more than comes across in photos imo.

Off of an old tf alternators. Sideswipe if I remember correctly.
