So this is actually a Custom I was commissioned to make and with their say I'm allowed to post it around to show my work, so as ya can see it's a TR Kup what has been turned into the Monster bot Fangry, only major work has been the wings on the back. The wings are actually that from a G1 Fangry cut in half attached to some TR gun handles allowing them to plug into the back of Fangry, other custom parts are the new take on the original gun and I added fangs to the front of the truck to make it more monster like. Thoughts?
Pretty cool The wings partsform, huh? I like the added teeth but why didn't you paint them in a different color to make them stand out more? Maybe a very dark metal color.
The commission didn't want them painted he liked the look of them black as it's more of a hidden detail they said, and with the wing it's the only way to parts form and on a Transformer whats head is technically a parts former it's not a big deal
Interesting. I like the paint applications, really clean. The wings on the truck look very techno-organic. Very nice work.
It's an amazing custom, but please, I must know, how did you recolor the chest window? I tried translucent blue paint on my siege Crosshair's chest window to test before I tried it on my Siege Ironhide, but the resulting finish was horribly uneven and had transparant parts at corners.
I used a sheet of vinyl used for changing the colour of glass, cut to size and then heated to firm to the shape better
