    Got this idea from Cheetimus's 'Alpha Trion 2.0' which can be seen here

    Minor/Repaint: - Alpha Trion 2.0

    I loved the basic idea, but I didn't have a proper TR Sovereign to use and I don't have any skill/tools to do the knee swap mod Cheetimus did. So, this project was my attempt at making an Alpha Trion out of a TR Scourge & Fracas using only paint.

    The only physical change I made was the removal Scourge's head turbine thingy. The Titan Master was painted up to resemble Beta Maxx; the Minicon companion of the Botcon Alpha Trion. The symbol on the top of the space boat mode is the Prime Dynasty symbol from the Reprolabels compendium sheet. I used all Tamiya paints and a brush for colours, Rust-Oleum Ultra Cover matte for clearcoat and a black Gundam marker for the panel lining.

    C&Cs more than welcome. Hope you like it as much as I do.

    Again, just for posterity: This custom was based on Cheetimus's original material cited above.

    Really nice work. If you had never seen him in scourge colors you wouldn't know this mold wasn't meant to be alpha trion.

    Almost calls for a Shapeways add on to put his trademark spikes on his shoulders.

    In all honesty, I think the Scourge face fits him better than the actual Alpha Trion one - the Voyager one looks too brutal, whereas this one has the soft, sage-like look he has in the show.

    Looking good. I hope to do the same custom some day. I had thought about using the Alpha Trion head (like Cheetimus), but just using the Scourge head like you did looks pretty good. Thanks for sharing.
