You might try your luck on eBay bud. I bought the original color and it doesn't come with the BAF part. So now I bought the same figure from another seller.

 

I'm a bit disappointed in Alert. He looks great, but one of the knees on mine is super duper loose (flops around) and even tightening the screw only helped a little. One of the elbows is loose too although not nearly as bad as the knee. Frenzy BARELY stays together, too.

The head/neck not tabbing in anywhere so his head just sort of floats above the hole in his torso is not great either, and those shoulder spikes are constantly trying to stab himself in the head (although those are an issue on almost every Barricade figure out there due to the design). Still looks badass from pretty much every angle tho, but I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this one when I think about how much it costs.

 

Ah yes... The prime weakness of this line: loose joints  

 

Hmmm I thought I ordered Starscream…need to check where I ordered from. I think I ordered him with Rodimus tho. Been so busy I haven’t been paying attention. Has he been released yet?

EDIT: it seems I thought I ordered it from TCP, but apparently I never completed the order. Probably got distracted, Something came up at work or the wife came in as I was ordering them.    

 

I’m never sure what’s worse, thinking I ordered something when I didn’t and panicking when it gets released because I really want it or forgetting I ordered something and then panicking when it ships and I don't want it anymore (something that just happened again this morning).  

I think TFSource still has open orders for Red/Blue/Black Baron, although they aren’t as good as TCP.

 

You know, seeing shit like this really pisses me off. People absolutely have no idea how many releases this line has, and they don’t ever seem to put forth any effort to find out.

Primevsprime reffered to Barricade as “3rd” release in this line, and he’s not the only one. Is he the 3rd mold in the line? Yes. But he’s the fucking 19th release in the line.

 

Neither of these two people research.

 

Got Red Baron yesterday, it's glorious.

 

Man you know I’d really love to have my Barricade and Thundercracker but neither of the have moved in a week. They’ve just been sitting in a “Pitney Bowes” facility about 2 hours away, and it’s pissing me off. Two fucking hours away and they haven’t moved at all.

 

Does red baron come with the BAF piece?
Does anyone know which of the 3 seekers come with BAF piece?

 

The Seekers do not come with a BAF piece.

Purple Heart meant the Grey one.
Actually the Grey Hornet is "Green hornet" on its box.
The green Green hornet doesn't include BAF.

 

I love how confusing the names are on these.  

“This Green Hornet is grey, his name is Purple Hornet.”
“Who’s he supposed to be?”
“Bumblebee.”
“...the yellow Transformer?” 

 

  

If you ordered through showz, I’d complain.

pitney Bowes is definitely part of their shipping again. Pitney seems to be a bit better than it was (the good news)- but given that most of my other Asia shipments are showing up faster than showz now and mostly not passing through Pitney, letting showz know may be worthwhile in the long run.

notice how I just assume that if your stuff is stuck with Pitney it probably means it’s a showz order. Am I mistaken?

(Although my last showz order passed through Pitney and I did have it around 3 weeks after they shipped- which isn’t bad at all)

 

Found a use for my busted Blitzwing head.



Side note: I just got this ToyWorld Steellock today. Got it specifically because I noticed it had the same kind of masterful weathering as the WWI line. Really nice figure. I want more TFs painted like this. Need to fix the visor though, they painted part of it over his mask.
