Maybe it's not the mouthplate protruding outwards, instead the forehead and nose bridge are too far back (imo at least). The whole upper face looks a bit more off. Or, maybe it's a factor of both the forehead and the mouthplate

i've been google translating some of toyworlds repsonses to comments and apparently the gapes in the elbows are filled on later prototypes

OK, here is a digi looking at the painted proto head:

I think I got the color and finish pretty close.

I think this is the better assessment. If the faceplate is pushed back, the whole head looks flat or squished in from the side.

I've been really wanting to spend less on toys, but I'm gonna keep an eye out on this and any BB Movie Seeker molds they might make.

It’s a resin prototype, should we really be that surprised?
    Still funny though

Yeah... I was being dramatic. It's an early proto. As long as the production model doesn't do that it's all good.

Yeah its not at all surprising. Just thought I'd post something that explains it just in case, cause i'm sure we'll need it at some point. :D

I told myself I'd only look at legends from 3Ps, but I'd be lying if I said I had no interest in this. The design is amazing in my opinion, and this beautifully recaptures it. I'm not really thrilled it's MP scaled, as I don't have that much space for higher figures, but I'd make an exception for this. Curious on the price, as that's the make-it-or-break-it factor for me.
