It’s confusing cause they haven’t shown the chest open, and that image has such a bright glow effect on it that it’s up in the air whether or not he has something there.

 

Right? They just keep low-key revealing features. Next thing you know, Orion Pax will crawl out when you remove the matrix.

Has it been confirmed elsewhere that the deluxe only has the cybertron mode parts and the normal has the earth mode parts only?

Wow, transcraft's bumblebee gets the back of his legs right unlike other figures i've seen now. What's that optimus silhouette doing there? Is it the silhouette for 3A prime? I wonder if TC's bumblebee will look good beside TW Prime scale wise?

 

That's Trans Craft announcing that they're making Optimus too. As in, TW might have competition.

No, as long as you do like I do and fast forward through the Sam scenes and get to the good parts.

Meanwhile, looking again at the preorder pages, it's hard to tell if the regular version comes with the Cybertronian hubcaps and shoulder plates or not. The pictures for vehicle mode, on the pages for the regular version, has him wearing them.
On the other hand, they don't do much of anything except for accenting his robot mode, and don't change the overall appearance because He's still a freightliner truck. So like the display base, and "trenches" I can live without them so long as I get a Bee-Reboot Optimus.

In any case, I bit the bullet and set up a dummy preorder through TFsource for the regular version. I won't be charged until it comes out anyway so unless I find it cheaper elsewhere and can cancel the order in one click.
