14/7/2020 - I stopped following this project myself but was asked to update the post.
From what I can gather there's speculation about Chibi BW stuff. But I'm pretty sure that was just Zeta doing some fun artwork in the early days of this project. It seems pretty clear they're using their CANG Toys sub-brand for a re-imagined Predaking and the Chibi stuff is no longer relevant but I'm going leave it on the post as part of the project's legacy. Highly unlikely to be at all relevant to the current state of things.

06/01/2019 New colour pics thanks to @Cheebs - May or may not be official Toyworld digi's, but the line work and detail is visible now.

It was supposed to be "G1 but with some updates"
I'll leave it up to the individual to judge the accuracy of that.

Posted on TF crashers Facebook page, looks like ToyWorld is dragging themselves out of their shallow grave with... I guess some kind of Predaking set?

If they look exactly like that I will pay any price and fight anyone who says they aren’t glorious.

 

If they look like that. Even though I don’t really like that style that much..... but that would be impressive. I’m concerned the images should have a caption that say “not actual gameplay footage” though

 

If ToyWorld wants to beat Master Made to a chibi Predaking, I welcome the effort since I’d probably buy two anyway to have a pack of pets and an assembled Predaking.

 

And I have no idea what the hell this is supposed to be? Looks like Optimus' head?

That looks a bit like the figure playing Checkers with Rampage in Gen third pic of your first post, though that figure didn’t have the beaded belt and pointy ears of this later pic.

Though, I’m intrigued all the same.

Definitely Primal, and the same bot playing checkers. I'm loving the style, reminds me of some Horizon:Zero Dawn goodness. Hopefully the actual product has the same design elements (tribal markings, shiny green-blue pieces, gold-brown, hairy bits). I'd assume Primal will be the set's bonus mini-fig?

 

Man, hopefully these are actually meant to be realized (instead of just being wonderful drawings, like Badcube's idw artwork).

edit: ok it is a project, so could it be that these perhaps won't actually transform?

 

My guess is that the Predacons and Prime would be typical ToyWorld Voyager/Leader sized figures, but a Primal Legends/Deluxe pack-in would be sweet.

Sadly, though, I think this isn’t Concept Art but Promotional Art, so I’d just be pleasantly surprised if they came with some tribal armor let alone being Chibi.

Now, I’m not sure I need a yuge ToyWorld Constructor sized Predaking, unless ShowZ Store also lists it for a little over $300 like their listed prices for the color variants of Constructor.

On the other hand, this puts an even further break to pondering the Unique, Zeta, and MMC Ox convergence on Bruticus, considering how perfect their Devy turned out.

 

The combined form will be called .... Desperation.

 

If this is funny artwork, that teases a combiner the likes of constructor, it will tip me over and Ill have to start MP combiners.....I will also foam and have such a berserker rage that I havent got consturctor at the time, of such epic proportions that my shouting alone will kill people...........

ToyWorld also mention they will reveal more info and designs soon. And it will be constructor height.

Lol I share the same feeling. I really really hope with the new design team Hit a home run with this. I need “me” a mp predaking.
