Yes I know, but as a retailer he needs to upfront. When you say you are going to ship right away that is what you do. Instead my Constructors have been sitting at his place since the 18th of last month with no movement at all. That is dishonest. He should have told me it won't ship for like a month so that I know.

Βad pic I know but I wanted to share.

Heres mine after the Bonecrusher replacement surgery. He transforms fine now, but his arms are very loose (Bonecrushers). 102916555_10158869633539172_4977008216663855168_o.jpg

And heres a gang pic, a memorial really since I dont believe they will ever split again: 51710884_384239442127139_6845834607447769088_n.jpg

Well yea. LOFL. But, in the greater scheme of things it’s just a toy. So I’ll just have to wait. I mean, I really don’t have any options at this point. He has been a good retailer to me and he has always given good service. We all make mistakes. I’ll just have to see what kind of options I have for shipping. I’m sure if I ask to ship it now it will be insanely expensive. I shall see how it goes. :D

The widespread problem he had on the 'metallic' release. After the first tranformation the arms stuck half way there. They sent replacement parts.

You could probably fix this with plastic weld - stronger than glue. Available from hobby sites worldwide. 0896A181-E4D4-40A2-8A6D-544066BACC06.jpeg

So aesthetic differences are obvious but is there any version of Constructor that is better built than another, I've seen the X boxset available on eBay over here in the UK as well as the dark H version, or I could order the weathered green version from baba. Recommendations?

Has there been an announcement as to what version toyworld is going to release next? (Aside from the reissue of the perfect edition)

I think Dark Constructor is in stock at Thechosenprime but $599.00

terry wong has it for $649.00 but maybe the price will come down if shipping returns to normal...

mine was in limbo for aggeesss aswell, but how comes you say he's a mixed bag? I am pretty happy with mine although making sure everything was properly transformed for Combined mode literally left my hands sore

random QC stuff. his chest unpegs kinda easy, but it's not horrible. There are clips that are not glued in place so those connections are not all that secure. Also, my hands / fingres are not as tight I would like. Again, he's good....but he is not anywhere near perfect.

    Alright, here's my dilemma:

    Cell shaded or perfect edition???

I wamt one to set beside a G1 Devastator. And the Perfect Edition is just perfect coloring in my opinion.

But that Cell shaded toon looking gorgious hunk off plastic is almost too barberistic to pass up!!

Sooo, what are your opinions? And for those that have Cell or both, how is the paint close-up of Cellshaded?

    Now you guys :)

If price is out of the question, I feel like the cell-shaded is the easy pick for a show piece. He may not be fun to transform because of the added paint, but once you get him into place, I think there a very few figures more gorgeous. A lot of cell-shaded figures pop up now and then, but i think this is thee best version of that deco style, and what better figure to do it with than a 20" monster.
