Nice! You are correct. Prices right now are just stupid. Haha. I’ll wait till they chill. Chinese retailers will have to move their items because I doubt many will pay a premium for them. My take.

Honestly I'll probably pick up the perfect and strip the paint on the thighs. Maybe some time in the future I'll get the cell shaded one because that looks stunning

Who are you getting yours from? I wish pricing was not so jacked up right now.

I saw tfsource has the perfect on pre-order for 499, is this high? I've been debating over this and the ol green for a few weeks here

The screaming face... Check... I’m putting that on when I have the chance. Before picking this up, I was planning to finally open the TW-07P that I bought back in TFCon 2019... Just sadly never got around to it.

That is what Showz had his at before the world went to hell in a handbag with covid. Now his price is insane. Just hate waiting for TFS to get theirs. LOFL. I know I have said this before, but I’ll mention it again. Showz can get parts from TW or other brands with his aftersales program. He says so on his website. American companies can’t. After 30 days they are not responsible for breaks. I have an issue with my cell shaded version and he asked for my order number so I can get a new waist piece. It will take some time, but he can get one. That is one advantage.

I never get tired of these guys!

    20200504_090434_HDR~2.jpg
    20200504_090151_HDR~2.jpg

As individual Decepticons, these guys don't make the rounds on the various forums in the way their combined mode does.

    20200504_085754_HDR~2.jpg

This post seeks to remedy that.

    20200504_093644_HDR~2.jpg

If I had one grievance with Concrete, it's that the cement-mixer backpack makes him extremely unstable.

The opposite is true for Allocator. His crane backpack acts as a stabilizing third leg.

    20200504_093047_HDR~2.jpg

Bulldozer is a fine figure! Love the tank-treads.

    20200503_215315_HDR~2.jpg

Burden is great with the leg stabilizers. My only wish is that they would've found a way to keep the left engineer area exposed in bot-form.

    20200504_092741_HDR~2.jpg

Shovel is another figure that suffers the weight of an intense backpack.

    20200503_183125_HDR~2.jpg

This brings us to Unearth... and more of those irresistible tank-treads. Now is shiny purple!

    20200503_183051_HDR~2.jpg

That about sums it up. I thought I'd go out on an attempt at a scene reenactment.

Agree with you on this, and any other combiner. That's the beauty of combiners.

Though for some people here, it's either too much of a hassle to un-combine Constructor, or else they're afraid of breaking it, I guess?

    Nice pics, btw. :)

I picked up the cel shaded set, had it two days and inbetween work and family only had time to transform two of them - bloody hell they're tight! And Scrapper's hands were on the wrong wrists...

I may have to get a second set so I can show off individual and combined modes, they're fantastic once you get them how you want them.

I'm old, I've been buying stuff for years. I sold a copy of Cotton Fantastic Nights Dreams for the Neo Geo Pocket for £550, that pretty much covered it. If you buy the right stuff it's better than stocks and shares :D

Phoenix is a great figure, and it'll hold its value. A wise investment!

oh yeah that`s where my money goes between star wars and some transformers. just like stocks buying them while there hot and if you sell you make more of your money back.

Sold my bling bling Constructor and my C07 original release. Now I’m down to my battle damaged yellow and my cell shade. Eyeing the perfect edition and OG. After I get those two I’m done with devy. No more. I was going to sell my cell shaded, but I think I’ll hang on for now. I need to remove his lipstick. Yuk. And all I need is a replacement waist for my cell shade from @ShowZStore. That will take at least 2-3 months I’m sure. Ugh

Only as long as something better doesn't come along AND Masterpiece figures are still the primary collector's line. They can be money makers if you time it right, but I would disagree 3rd Party figures are good investments. I don't think they will hold their value long term...and I have/had a bunch of 3P Generations style as well as MP style figures that had better versions come along resulting in their values tanking that agree with that sentiment.
