My fellow collectors, I need advice/help. I have a black toyworld constructor and mixmaster does not tab in. Should I sand down, use a knife to shave plastic away or return ( for a third time to tfsource)?

I am attaching pics to show hie the legs do slide and sit flush and to see if I might be missing something or mistransforming?

 

Looks like that connecting piece is on the wrong side. The longer section of it should face the front of the figure. I included a pic of mine so you can see how it should be. That piece should be on the left side of the knee. I’d try to exchange the thigh assembly.

 

I really want the cell shaded one, but wow, $720 is steep.

 

Do these come in limb mode in the perfect edition box set?

Not saying its worth it or not, but I'm guessing its because each bot is covered in paint and hand-painted.

 

Anybody know if the weathered yellow version will be reissued

Yea, I think the cell shaded is a very long process so you are paying for that on top of their normal price. I am excited for mine. I cannot wait!

 

I shall live blissfully and vicariously through you, Sir. I'm tempted to dump my yellow "Dirty Boy," but damnit I love that guy. Cant have two Devys, though. I have a building collection of Fans Toys Stunticons and Aerialbots...already at 3 Gestalts once FT teams finish coming out.

I'm still tempted by Zeta's Bruticon. Damn fine looking bot in combined mode.

 

Nice collection bro! Don’t dump the yellow fella. He’s simply bad ass and I know you would miss him. I know I paid up the nose for the cell shaded one, but I honestly think there will be a price adjustment soon if it does not take off. I just did not want to take a chance that it would dry up. I’ll be posting pics once he arrives. Not sure when he will ship from Showz. Good thing is the holidays are over so I just want to make sure it gets shipped prior to the Chinese New Year. Stoked!!!!

 

I envy you, dude. Im tempted to dump Old Yeller, but couldnt live with myself if I did. You're right. I would regret it. I dont hesitate for a second wondering if I should have gotten a different Devy. Old Yeller really is THAT bad ass in hand.

I could pick up Toon Devy. Isnt a question of affording him...I just cant justify another Devy and $700+ at that. Now, if he goes on sale...
