Yep. I had to take "Longhaul" a part but I finally got his wheels and legs in the correct positions, now he's right on the money for transforming. After I reversed the legs the combined form is AWESOME! Still no hand for Scrapper, and no return message so far.

I'm pretty dis-satisfied with mine too. He looks good and all, but has waayyyy too many qc problems, for the money.
The combined mode is fine, but the joints are so loose the individuals bots that half of them cant stand up or hold their guns.
Idk, Maybe the first individual releases were better, but this set just does not live up to the hype, and goes straight into disappointment territory.
It makes me wonder if the gift set is just a cheaped out, corners cut version, or put together from factory seconds.
I really kind of wish I could send him back.

That is def a bummer. I think they operate on a theory of Hit and Miss when it comes to final production. I was among the fortunate to not have to deal with lots of problems. Sorry to hear that you got a bad one. Buying their sets is like playing Russian Roulette because you just never know if the one you get will be the set that proves to be that one bullet in the chamber. Hope you can get some of the issues resolved.

Anyone have any idea how much a weathered green version of constructor would go for? More than $500?

I am sure someone out there will sell theirs with time. I have both V1 and V2 and one set is for combined mode and the others for bot and alt mode, but for the most part they remain in bot mode.

For the standard release, yes. The question was for the green version with weathered detailing, though...

That is an awful lot of money considering how many QC issues people have had with him. Just my honest opinion.

Damn, all these qc issues are disheartening. I held off when these came out individually, but my plan was to always add this to my collection at some point. Now....I'm not so sure anymore although a green weathered version may just be too much to ignore.

I wouldn't pay it...wasn't my question, though. I was just clarifying what the question was.

This is making me nervous. I've got a green set sitting in my Stack. I'm really hoping it will be a good copy.

Ship it and inspect it right away. That way you can get replacements if there are any QC problems.

To be sure, once the kinks are worked out, this set is AWESOME. He just towers over all else, and the details and poseability are great. But getting there can be rough.

Keep in mind, you're not seeing feedback from the thousands of owners with no problems, or not enough issues to complain. I could post what I consider to be nitpicks about my v1 green set, but I'm very happy with my investment, which was more due to buying them individually and adding the upgrade parts.

Sorry for those having real issues, but this set is still a recommend, afaiac.

There’s a spring in the tracks. You just have to make sure that piston is extended, then the tracks should be fine.

For whatever it may be worth, I bought the yellow version 1 or 2 bots at a time over a 6 month period and I didn’t have any problems with any of them.

    Thank you
