The shins... kinda suck at this stage it looks like. I'll give them that it'd be hard to find a different place for the rear fenders.

That looks very promising much better than the official in allot of ways! TW is really busy with all these teasers I hope these are releases for this year!

Who is toyplus? I posted this as Toyworld cause that’s what Capcomkai said on his Instagram. I’d be happy to be corrected if I’m wrong though.

Can't wait to see more of this. The MPM Bee does handle the back of the legs a bit better just by virtue of having a more interesting shape? But everywhere else, this clearly wins. Can't wait to see more of it.

 

A bit skinnny and awkward to my eye? The movies have been trying to portray Bumblebee as an effective warrior/type instead of the pip-squeak he was traditionally characterised as. This render almost makes him look like a cobbled together Junkion rather than a coherent design. The character sheet shows a more buff, solid and dynamic bot. It’s close but there’s a ways to go yet.
The chest needs to be chunkier, the headlights and pecs rotated back so the lights point up more, the head needs to be sunk into the shoulders more. Bigger feet and lower legs, chunkier outer thighs and the abs/waist/hips area is just too skinny, lanky and disjointed.
Not bad for an initial render but he needs to spend a bit more time at the gym.

 

Okay, that's worth keeping an eye on.

 

I had a similar opinion about the official figure. Was hoping 3rd party would take up the slack again.

 

Outbeats the official MPM by a mile. Then again, designing a bot mode that'd look better wouldn't be that difficult  

 

so there's a chance it's not toyworld?
