    Toys R' Us has put out a press release for the upcoming SDCC convention. They also have some news on the forthcoming MP GRIMLOCK! Here's what they had to say:

    I think it's curious that TRU goes to Comic Con but not Botcon. Is it because the Comic Con is a more broad show featuring more then one toy line?

    This is good news. Getting closer to having MP Grimlock!

    Well, that, and the fact that Comic Con gets considerably more people to attend....

    Only for SDCC-exclusive product. MP Grimlock is not exclusive to SDCC. MP Grimlock will be available in August.

    I think the only thing that is for certain is that it is a poorly-written press release.

    I think I'm so used to TRU being boneheaded that I'm second-guessing myself on those lines that seem to indicate early online availability. I suppose we'll all be checking the site on the 21st.
