Hello all, just was at their site trying to order a couple of things..so i add to my cart then go to check out.....i click on the paypal option get redirected on my paypal as usual and then back on toysrus again to which i get an error msg about my shipping address....but it says it can be fixed by following the next step.....so i try to fill up this form but it wont let me change the shipping adress to outside the US......went to the help desk and it says that i must get an option for international shipping but i wasnt given any when trying to check out......both items added to my cart where available for international shipping so thats not it........is there anyone who can help? thnx in advance
At the bottom of the screen on the basket it has an option to change between us and uk shipping you need to change this before you even go into the paying section.
u mean the change region option? that redirected me on the UK trs and these items dont even exist there
ohh im a blind fool lol....so did that and after i got redirected on the trs site i still get an error with my address grrrrrrr.....i used paypal with kapow toys and never had a problem EDIT: i got it now thnx man ))
It's not that hard, just change to united kingdom, then when it goes back to the cart click secure checkout,this will take you to iparcel's checkout, you just have to select paypal as the payment method and maybe enter your details on the left hand side
