Anyone know about how long it takes Toyhax to respond to an inquiry lately? Last Wednesday I messaged them though the Contact Tab about some missing stickers for my Iron Factory Windsaber and they still haven't gotten back to me. I know it's the holidays and maybe I'm just jumping the gun, but just want to know if I should contact them again or give them some more time.
It's taken them a couple of days with me, but their messaging system seems to be fairly screwed up anyway. And it might be longer for them to get back in the production; one of the online toy retailers I looked at last night (the 1st, don't remember which retailer) , said they wouldn't be back till the 6th.
Holidays. It's not unreasonable to assume they are closed down from Xmas till after new years. Lots of people get that week off. I imagine you'll hear back today or tomorrow.
