TW-C07A Cell Shaded Devy Review So I was able to take him out of the box today. This may be he first one out in the wild to a consumer. The bad: Bulldozer had a broken arm out of the box. I believe that will be an easy fix because the piece that is broken isn't painted. Once the corona outbreak dies down I'll reach out for a repair part. For Unearth the thumb snapped right off with no pressure moving it. I disassembled the hand and there was absolutely no chance it wouldn't of broke. It was completely seized in there. After an hour and a half and loosening and tightening joints he's together. The only piece I'm not sure I can fix is his finger. Maybe. It was pretty ridiculous that I had to use a screw drivers to position the arm ratchets because they would not move. I need a part from TW to fix the one guys arm. The good is the paint looks really nice. Not sure how to fix the finger but the other piece will fix easy if they send me the part. I'm kind of disapointed. I was super excited to buy this set and paid a pretty penny for it. If I connect it together right out of the box he won't stand. If you buy it make sure you have screw drivers ready and be prepared to break some shit. Some of the pieces are so small and the tolerances are extremely tight. I had to unscrew the arm pieces for combined mode just to pose them. Pretty ridiculous. This is my second constructor and my worst for QC. Side note, does anyone have Toy Worlds contact for repair parts?

No, the paint is good, mine got just some chiping on Bulldozer and Unearth balljoint on the groins. Not a big deal, it's an almost hidden part so... I wrote on TW profile here, I got an issue with the tip of right Bulldozer foot just went off without manipulating. I think the dark green plastic tube inside that joint was full of stress mark, idk for sure. BTW there's no way to fix it 'cause the metal litlle screw inside is really stupid tight and I cannot remove it for a simple screw replacement. Anyway, to date, I have received no reply from TW account here. My reseller sended me a message he had sometime ago from TW that they were no longer providing spare parts. This is really bad. Is quite unacceptable having no support on a 700 Euro toy. The TW contact here is ToyWorld store w/h capitals and space. I cannot link i now, so search it and good luck to everyone for having a response...
That is very disapponting about the QC issues on a set that looks totally awesome. I have CW Devy with Toyhax cell shaded windows, maybe Hasbro needs to step up their game to give us this full effect.
Just a quick update on my QC issue: Still no response from TW. Tomorrow I will dremel out that metal little stupid thing and proceed with a screw. Not the best solution but man, it's so frustrating having No costumer service at all...
Okay, another update. I ended up doing this: instead of dremel out that metal stupid cap I used a screw like this one, it's a Nintendo switch shell replacement screw, you can find them on Amazon, on custom Swicth kits: Then I created a cavity inside the dark green plastic around that metal cap using a scalpel. I toke a two-component resin, fulfilled the cavity, fixed the screw head inside, incorporating in the resin. After 24h it was ready, solid as a rock. Then I screw the tip in the joint and voilà. No issues whatsoever in every mode (bot, alt and combined). Sadly I didn't take photos during the process, I was on a rush, too pissed of by TW behavior. But here is the final result in combined mode: Hope this will help anyone with this problem.
