*sigh* They need to give up on this for a while. The NE is getting hit hard, according to the NYT. And that's, now. Imagine what it'll be like in a year.

I get that we're all in a race for "normalcy" but we're not out of this thing, yet. I have high doubts it'll be "over" by that time next year.

I sort of give them credit for trying, have to have hope, but let's not go crazy here.

You know, besides Blitzwing, that I’m still waiting for the rest of Legacy to get revealed ASAP. Now I have to wait for September to find out about the 2023 line?! UH-UH. NOPE.

Look, I get it that posters can be annoying on here, I do. But another annoying thing people do here? Critiquing every person, every single post, all the time.

We don't have to pick on people every chance we get. These are real people behind these screens, none of us here are perfect.

There's a *lot* of coordination that goes in to an event like this, though. So they've gotta announce dates in advance to ensure everyone is able to plan promotional materials, book travel, set deadlines for designs, etc.

Not to mention ensuring there's a venue. It's easier to book now knowing there's some uncertainty than to play the waiting game and having to figure out an in-person Toy Fair on short/no notice.

Good luck to them given the collapse of this year's event.

We’ll actually be well into the 2023 line by then. This event would likely have a reveal of the 2024 line

So is San Diego Comic-con still on for late July?  If so, this seems like a bad place to reschedule Toy Fair.  Why not just wait until next February; they have already blown it this year.

Interesting timing. NYCC is usually the first weekend of October so the Javits will have back to back large events. Wish I could actually attend toy fair for a change. I've lived in NYC all my life and haven't been able to start up a website/youtube channel to qualify me as press, so I miss the damn thing every year, despite living pretty close.
