Starscream (easily the best imo)
Honorable mention: Kickback's bug-to-jet bug thing transformation. It's like a vf-1 valkyrie going in and out of gerwalk and I love it!
(Dis)Honorable mention: Shrapnel's bug-to-bug pod thing transformation. It's just him folding up his legs and I hate it.
I actually like jetfire's transformation, since it's different.
Snarl has an awesome transformation, but I hate how he kind of just floats when you move him while he's roaring, that was one of my only gripes with the dinobots.
I also REALLY love Blast Off's transformation into vehicle mode, how the part in the back has all the little panels that go down and the fins flip up.
I also hate Ratchet's transformation because the whole contortionist arm thing just weirds me out.
Also I'm not a fan of ironhide's because it's just a bunch of gray metal.
Ultra Magnus-The only one I really don't like

There's a difference between cheating and being completely made-up.
*picks up any TF toy from any given series*
A bunch of the Animated characters, the RiD characters, and a bunch of Unicron Trilogy characters (though some of the UT models were basically the same as the toys) transformed with little to no cheating. With the FOC/WFC transformations it's just a bunch of parts moving around everywhere with huge pieces being magically replaced and coming out of nowhere. I mean, just look at Grimlock's transformation. Literally at least half his dinosaur parts come out hammerspace. At least in Animated I could least see where the parts go. Doesn't help that they're Cybertronian so it's hard to make out stuff. Therefore I like none of them.
Worst: Haven't really paid attention...
No thought is given to how characters transform these days. They just make a robot mode and make a vehicle mode and let magic do the rest.
If your talking about multiplayer transformations then they would have to do 100's of diffrent transformations for the charectors to transform right.
The transformations in campaign dont cheat as much
Since they are in their cybertronian forms, do you expect the transformations to be simple? with all those mechanical parts and pieces, in actuality, they would not be able to transform as fast as they do in the game... none of them. Who freaking cares how they transform anyway? although some may not make much since at least they look cool and stylish while transforming which should matter since its a video game. If we had more realistic transformations, no one would transform in multiplayer because you'd be getting shot to sh*t doing such a complex thing. I just think this is a subject that shouldnt be taken too seriously..
I kinda have to care if I'm in a thread asking what transformations are the best and worst...

Yeesh. Overreacting much? Were you not reading the last few posts discussing the transformation animations in the game?
As I recall, that wasn't exactly discussing how they transform. Just how it looks.
What I get out of "How do they transform?" is "How does it work?"
I was responding to how some say the transformations don't make sense. Like many other threads, this one has strayed form who has the main subject, coolest transformation to how much sense does it make.
Maybe I should reword that.. who cares if the transformations makes sense? I like the way they look, I just dont care if they are legit or not.
