Yeah, the Beast Wars bashing makes it a tough video to watch. The biggest WTF moment for me goes back to when I was 6 seeing TFTM for the first time at the cinema. A half hour in basically all the characters that made me want to see the movie were essentially dead or never going to be seen again.
Tried watching it, but na m8, got a couple entries in and it was kind of boring. "What the hell was that all about? Turning all the Transformers into animals? With animation that looks like Nintendo 64 graphics?" C'mon, man, at least level some actual criticism at it. Surely a list of awesome/weird moments throughout the franchise's history would've been better seeing as, y'know, 30th anniversary.
too much "girl who loved powerglide" hate for me! i always had a soft spot for that episode for some reason haha. this video made me laugh anyways and the animation on beast wars did suck balls (adventurous as it was at the time.)
Yep, wouldn't be a TF video from a casual fan without some unfounded, uninformed Beast Wars hate. He needs to go back and watch some of the crap we got in the early 2000s, THERE'S stuff to mock and put down!
As a beast wars fan i was disappointed that he bashed it a bit but as i always say everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I love James' videos and i thought it was a decent list even though from the title of the video and the thumbnail i thought it was going to be WTF animation error moments.
james is actually a fan of Transformers and should know better. Shame it wasn't done by Mike since he knows a lot more than James.

It was unrelated side banter for what he meant to be a G1 based video and pretty unwarranted to those expecting to see his choice of "WTF" moments in that era.
Unfounded? Uninformed? Neither of these words make sense in this context, as all he talked about was the early, rather crappy-looking computer animation and how it was a big departure from the original series. And both of these are true by the way. This wasn't the greatest list ever, but I find it rather interesting that some people can't even fathom that some folks don't like the BW era.
I'm really dissapointed with James's thoughts on Beast Wars. and the list feels like its missing a certain scene. The Hound and Spike scene. I was expecting that to be on the list.
There's no real beast wars hate there. Even fans of beast wars have got to acknowledge that at the time, yes, it was a HUGE "what the fuck is this" moment, whether we liked it or not. It was a very strange departure for the franchise. He doesn't say it sucked, that it was bad, or anything other than saying it was a big "wtf" moment for the franchise, which it absolutely was when it was first introduced.
I'm laughing so hard it hurts. XDD The No.8 moment with Optimus and Elita? Classic! XD But No.1 in the countdown had to be the BEST WTF moment EVER even if it was an animation error.
What problem does this guy have with a girl loving Powerglide? I don't see why being from a different planet should get in the way of a girl loving someone else
