I read this in Rolling Stone, but have found no collaborating evidence anywhere. I NEED to see him live. I would pay ALOT of money for tickets, and I would be willing to fly. If you didnt know, his shows sell out within minutes globally.
Been making music for a long time. He wrote Downtown Train that Rod Stewart covered. He wrote Old 55, covered by the Eagles. He played Renfield in Dracula. Wrote some plays. His music always changes, and is very unique. He is a legend. Thats him with the horn in his ear.
Closest I ever came to seeing him live was at SXSW a few years ago. But it was so packed with industry fools, regular people didn't stand a chance at getting in.
That's what I said, followed by "and why is it news that he waits until summer?" Then I capatalized his name and it made a lot more sense.
I hope he comes back to Toronto again. I saw him eight or so years ago, and the teo concerts he gave here were two of the best concerts I've ever been to.
