    With SDCC cancelled for 2020 I am not surprised at all. Seems the worry is extending into the summer. I'm going to assume that 2020 is just straight up cancelled. See you guys in 2021!

    This news is unfortunate but shouldn't come as a shock to anyone paying the least minimal bit of attention to the worldwide pandemic. Japan has declared a nationwide state of emergency even if the lockdowns are mostly voluntary for now.

    The situation with hospitals here in Japan is bad and about to get worse, with metropolitan centers like Tokyo having their medical infrastructure facing the threat of being overwhelmed by the rising number of COVID-19 infected patients.

    It's a good idea for folks to just stay home and only venture out for essentials if they have to. Toys, while cool and fun, aren't essential when you get right down to it. It's the right call to cancel Tokyo Toy Show and Wonderfest.

    I think that instead of cons and trade shows reveals, the reveals will be online and through and tt may use magazines such as figure king.
