I love the molds and the paintjob looks really nice, but that's just too much for a voyager and a scout IMO.

US$165 is really on the high side, especially considering that a local toy shop here has gotten a few sets of these and are selling them for S$130. You do the math...

It is expensive, but I really love the look of them and figured I'd rather pick them up now than wait and see the price skyrocket over time on eBay or elsewhere. I wasn't about to pass and see the price double in the future.

    Too expensive.

But I still wish I'd coughed up the money for the Wonderfest BT Nemesis Prime when it came out. The price was obscene when it came out. But since then it's gone from obscene to impossible.

i don't know, i see that two pack, and then i saw the g2 two pack at bbts, or the bb and starscream pack; and i think; to myself, that G2 mold is pretty good in itself, to fit in classics lol; so why do i need a repaint when the real thing, will work just as well as a classics toy?

i mean it looks nice. but it's just not nearly as awesome to me; as that g2 bomber mold is. :)

I paid just under $140 (total w/ shipping, etc.) for the pair from Robot Kingdom and I'm pretty comfortable with that price. Then again... I wanted these two like they were the cure. So, your mileage may vary.

    Pretty much this.

Plus, going with the original version of those characters opens up a lot of color options for you. Robot Masters and the BW2 versions being the most interesting of the group.
