How long has it been since you even bought a new transformer and played around with it?

Last time I had my last Transformer was the Landmine Pretender back in the day and that was it.

Nowadays I'm trying to buy one of the Tranformers movie figures such as Barricade or whoever and just play around with them to see how complicated it is to transform them back and forth

I buy new transformers regularly. I transform them to altmode and back, pose them the way I think looks cool (within the limits of shelf space), and put them on a shelf. I regularly take them down to repose or adjust or whatever.

 

Despite being a Transformers fan during 1984, I don't consider myself an "old timer". Maybe I'll revisit this thread in 25 more years? By then, maybe I'll have an Exo-suit.

Hey, who you calling old timer? Oh and Transformers Armada were the last ones I really played with. As much as I hate the series I actually really like the toys.

 

i was in a TF rut for almost a month. last saturday, DOTM leader IH. my wife asked me to buy groceries at WM. so i did. i was doing quite well too. sigh. it wasn't even on sale.

About a week ago. I bought 4 Alternators. I was transforming the damn things about 5 minutes ago.

 

where are all the MISB peeps? they don't transform anything do they? maybe doubles.

where's a MISB purist when you need one?

 

Today when I picked up another Wreck-Gar. Now I can finally use the Wreck-Gar riding Wreck-Gar gimmick.

 

its been awhile since i transformed one. i guess it was the city commander upgrade for ultra magnus i got about a month ago.

i will adjust a shelf/repose characters about once a month when i dust it off. but i pretty much only transform them when i put them away for a while or take them out for display.

ive got these out at the moment. im waiting to display the fansproject not-insecticons and heavy labor for a while before i change these shelves to something else. (GI Joe)

Been in it since 1984 and I bought a couple of DotM Legion yesterday and today I was fiddling with an Ultimate Optimus.
