I discovered a human alliance figure Blowpipe.


So I got to thinking I was really mad at how they made sideways in Revenge of The Fallen. Then I found blowpipe and his bot mode reminds me a lot of Sideways in Armada


So I thought I should buy it and repaint him in Sideway's Armada color scheme. And if you think about it since he comes with that Minicon and that human figure. The Minicon could Be Crosswise and The Human could be Rook.

Although in retrospect he looks more like Sideway's RID figure but regardless....

 

Aside from needing some extra blocky-ness, sounds like a great project. I just wish I could find a Tailpipe around here.

 

I've only seen Tailpipe in a store once and picked him up. That was also one of only two times I've seen Whirl. Fortunately the second time I saw him I grabbed him.

Now if I could only find the Cyberverse Ratchet playset again...

 

If you can make it so he can attach the minicon heads on him... it'd work great!

Since the title is "sounds like an excellent project," might I suggest another one?

Repaint DOTM HA Sandstorm/Half-Track... put Cybertron Lugnutz's head...



And you get... Beachcomber!
