Without dropping spoilers.. Is there really less Toilet humor? No more marijuana follies? Can I watch this movie without having my intelligence insulted? Yes I know it's a Bay Film and not going to be oscar winning or anything here, but is the extreme immaturity actually gone? Is there anymore crotch conspiracy papers, pot brownies, humping dogs, pissing bumblebees.. so on?

I am on the fence about even seeing a 5.75 matinee and if they at least did away with that nonsense I will go see.

 

It has some inherited flaws like too long and so-so plot.

To answer your questions the clanging balls, humping dogs humor is gone. The new cast is much better.

Better cast and solid villains (and villainy) really make a noticeable improvement.

 

haven't seen it but have heard that it is toned down quite a lot



btw the humor is still crappy and annoying just not as crude and disgusting

The humor is still often not funny, especially when it comes to the humans, but there is absolutely no toilet humor or crass humor.

Grimlock humps Tucci and some kid gives Prime a pot cookie.

 

I chuckled a few times. Cos the dumb jokes were all in the background where you can safely notice if you want and safely ignore if you don't.

 

Now I want cookies..

 

Yeah, the jokes aren't outstanding, I probably found Drift more amusing at times than the actual "jokes" but no jokes of that sort.

 

It was honestly the best of the bunch by far...no question..everything was improved...I really don't get how people bash it.....it's freaking transformers....

 

I don't remember a single bit of crass or inappropriate humor. It was so lovely.

 

There's absolutely nothing like Devy's balls, bare bottoms, toilet jokes, etc. There is some humor here and there which isn't amazing, but I actually did chuckle at a few scenes. Something I very rarely have done in the Bay films to this point.

 

humor was better, FAR less crass than the first 3.

 

It's true...the dick/fart/racist jokes are gone....but they were replaced by non-crude jokes that didn't really work...so....

 

Stanley Tucci drinking milk was probably the funniest part of the movie.

 

I think the story is stronger and instead of the humor you get jabs at the gov't which could be funny but more like commentary.

 

The humor is less crude in nature but still just as stupid. I was actually surprised how quiet my theater was, lots of jokes falling flat.

 

loved the humor in this one. the tongue scene wasn't even humor and she was wearin long pants.

 

One of the funniest scenes was when Bee snuck into KSI. His reactions to all the personal insults was pretty funny. Lol
