I've had a few people messaging me to say I should do all the other characters in the line and I'd really like to do that, but I have one big problem:

I couldn't draw transformers if my life depended on it.

I was using photographs of the toys for illustrations until Macraptron came to the rescue with his amazing picture of Dead End. And it really inspired me! I see so much talent on this board: surely there's enough to illustrate a whole book.

I'd like to write the rest of the Binaltech/Alternator profiles, using the storyline written by Hirofumi Ichikawa as a starting point, and compile a 'More Than Meets The Eye' book as a resource for fans, making it available online. And I'd like fan artists to illustrate it.

Not only would this be a (hopefully) cool resource for fans, but it would be a great opportunity to showcase the incredible artistic talent in the TF community. The bad news: there's no money involved for anyone!

But there would be some free advertising for all participating artists. Naturally all artwork would be credited and there'd be a section featuring bio's of the artists, links to their websites and/or other contact details.

I'll be pressing ahead with writing the profiles anyway, so if you'd like to get involved, please let me know by either emailing, PM'ing or leaving a reply on this board.
