From what we've seen so far: Casey Jones will get a badass upgrade, a Turtle van more closer in style to the cartoons, Foot soldiers look more ninja than terrorists, Shredder is Japanese from the start instead of a last minute recast, Bebop and Rocksteady. Now they need Krang, the reincarnation plot point from the IDW comics, and naked turtles. Especially the naked turtles. Sure I don't have problem with clothed turtles but I'm a minority so what do I care against the millions of fans who are dying to see them shell naked and got raped in the childhood because they wore pants in the first movie?
What can be seen of Shredder's outfit looks great, and Karai loks good. I'm not a big fan of how these Foot in-particular look, but it looks like they could be Elite'special ninjas, so they might be the few that look like this. I'm still wondering if this Shredder will turn out to be a seperate character from the previous movie's Shredder. They could easily say that this is Oroku Saki while the other was Oroku Nagi. Though they could also just have the ooze/mutagen he came into contact with restored him to how he looks now. Well... Casey has always been a bit of a badass, the van in the first wasn't far from the mark and will also show up again in this one, but I will give you that the Foot are back to being ninjas and Shredder is staying Japanese. Krang is definitely someone I would love to see them introduce. As for the origin, I don't see them introducing the reincarnation bit from IDW. Would be interesting, but I think it would overcomplicate and confuse things. I could see them toning down their clothing a bit, but I don't see them making them completely nude. Not for more than a scene anyways. As for those butthurt over it... I really don't think it's as big of an issue as some people claim it is. Practically nothing is going to live-up to the memories of certain fan childhoods, so the movie never had a real chance in their eyes.
Yeah I heard about that but it's still kind of rough to lose out being in what could be a better sequel film especially since she's a fan of the franchise herself. oh well she still has her voice work. I agree...though I still want to check out the first one just to see how bad it is. Yeah I totally see that. I'm not feeling her at all.

What is love most is for them to get new voice actors for Mikey and Leo. I REALLY don't think knoxville's voice works for Leo.. At all.. I'd much emthat her they use Jason Biggs. I thought he was really great in the cartoon before they switched to Seth green (which I also thought was a bad choice). It's just difficult for me to get into a movie when the voice is so recognizable. Bradley cooper did a great job with the guardians because the voice he used wasn't so obviously him.
Yeah that's not gonna happen. Noel Fisher confirmed that he & the other 3 turtle actors are signed for 3 more pictures. So Knoxville is coming back as Leo. An Spoiler Irish guy as Rocksteady, I like.

Rocksteady looks good, but Bebop looks amazing. I can't wait to see these two on the big-screen and see how their mutated forms look. That said, I'm even more excited for this new Shredder. I'm loving what I'm seeing of the new outfit, and the actor wears it well. I can't wait to see him in full gear and in-action. I'm now kinda glad that I've, so-far, pased up the first movie's toys. I still might track down a figure or two and maybe the van, but I feel like this next movie's figures will be the ones to get.
If there is one credit I can give so far for the production. It's the fact that most of the production for the second movie is SO MUCH better than the first.
Yeah, seeing this stuff actually makes me excited for this movie. Hope it's not a GI Joe Retaliation situation where they up the cartoon faithfulness but the movie is still shit, though.
I'm digging it. The Foot definitely look a helluva lot more ninja this time around. I love Bebop, wonder if they'll call him Anton Zeck; did they have a name for human Bebop in the 87 cartoon?
Everything I'm seeing makes me very excited. I absolutely love the way Bebop looks and the Foot looks so much more ninja.
I must admit that bebop and rockstedy look pretty good, as do the foot and even Karai. I might enjoy this movie if they cut back on all of the ridiculously stupid innuendos.
