So I'm not sure if anyone has already posted these anywhere, but I do know that people love the new Wheelie ...except for the really bad transformation. Basically, in alt mode it just takes a little squeeze for him to become a floppy mess.
So here's what I've come up with to try to save what would otherwise be one of the best legends in recent lines (in my opinion), and what should have been a really fun toy.
    Step 1: the cockpit.

I stuck a small plastic tab to keep the cockpit from falling through. Why they didn't do this is beyond me. The same can be said for...
    step 2: the arms.

The main reason he doesn't stay in alt mode, from what I've figured out, is that as soon as you push on his sides, the arms fold inwards and everything unpegs. All that's needed are a few bits of plastic (you can see them in black, on the inside, behind the back wheels) glued to the grey body section. If you sand the plastic to just the right thickness, it should keep the arms from folding inwards. Thankfully, it does nothing to change the bot mode, so all is well!

So that's it; a much happier Wheelie!
The figure still isn't as solid as he should be in alt mode, but this is MUCH better then before!
    Enjoy!

He added some pieces of plastic to help the car mode stay together better. 1st picture its that white plastic sticking out from the orange back canopy. Second picture is harder to see but it is the black plastic inside of the wheels. Seems simple a simple fix to help such a good little toy work better.

Good eye! Yep, with a bit of sanding they work a charm!

Can you show more detail of the fixed areas?
