Alright guys, this is one of my first reviews, so don't expect much. (Also, ipad quality photos)

Quake here is a repaint of Hardhead with a new face for the Titan Master. If you already own Hardhead, then you know what to expect. Despite it being a simple repaint, with the same vehicle mode as Hardhead and all (and no Targetmasters), I personally think this is my favorite figure from his Wave (Don't own Perceptor or Kup yet, so my opinion is subject to change.), because of a nice headsculpt combined with a very nice paintjob and a very good mold.

The facesculpt for Quake is very well done and detailed. Also, I really like the arm symbols (See Hasbro, why give these guys tampos and give Broadside pre-applied stickers???) and how well the colors fit with his chest colors.

This is Quake's Titanmaster, Chasm. Not much to say here, really.

Quake in vehicle mode is straight up a purple, gray and maroon (forgot what color this is) Hardhead, same functions and all. I really like how the colors seem to fit well in this mode.

    • Overall, Quake came as a surprise to me. Joints are tight, great color scheme that fits with a great mold, and great facesculpt. Only things I wish were done for Quake would be to remold the turret, to differentiate him from Hardhead's body a little more. However, Quake looks so much better without the gun, because it makes him look much more like an updated Quake than a repainted Hardhead with a different Titan Master. I'd definitely recommend purchasing him IMO.

I didn't really like Hardhead all that much, but this looks so much better. Definitely picking this one up.
    Oh, good review!

Cool, glad I didn't pick up hardhead. I like this one more.

I already love Hardhead and Quake's colors and the two go great together. Easily my most wanted figure of this wave after Perceptor.

Same. Quake looks so much nicer. And he's a Decepticon, so bonus points

looks great in those new colors, do the arms clip into vehicle mode in the same (barely) manner as for hardhead or has that been fixed I wonder? I always felt that was the molds weakest engineering point.

Quake definitely needs his two Targetmaster partners. He also needs a few paint highlights on his chestplate to bring out some of the details.

I like the Hardhead mold, but I do wish that some kind of remolding had been done with this guy to make him a little different.

    Ah well.

I'll think of this toy as being his Cybertronian form before he gets his earth form tank mode.

I feel the same way; Hardhead was a dud for me but Quake looks much better. Not sure if that's enough to redeem the mold, especially since I sprung for Legends Hardhead previously and I still didn't like it.

Liked Hardhead so much I bought two, and I'll be getting two of these guys as well. Very nice, thanks for sharing!

I kind of wish he'd gotten some remolds to the big canon or its attachment point (centralizing it would have worked well), but the new head and new paint job look great.

And I suspect some third-party is already working on Targetmasters for him.

I'd like to see a mod so the turret goes to the center some how.
I like the new head and colors look good.

I hate how him and Krok are one per case though.

God, he looks amazing. He would've been perfect if his Titanmaster had some paint in the face, but oh well.

I hope I can find him at retail if this wave even makes it to my area.

This reminds me of G2 Soundwave European release? I need to find a pic.

I think that's Machine Wars Soundwave you're thinking of. But yeah, I can definitely see a resemblance
