That is pretty cool. Appears solid and a nice simple transformation which includes oldskool collapsing arms and trapdoor folding legs. Really liking the 'duocon' aspect, A pity there were not 2 titanmasters included, one for each vehicle. Maybe the overload version will? The city mode seemed very tacked on until the little extra flaps appeared at the end! Even though his torso is a robot with a plane on the back it seems forgiven in this case, it has a lot of playability with the 4 modes.

Well this confirms everything that catches my eye about this mold after owning Carnifex.

 

This just looks like fun. Can't wait to see what they remold for Overlord.

 

I'm not kidding when I say this is one of the coolest looking figures out there. Jet mode, tank mode, bot with red and black. It just pushes all my happy buttons. Also happy to see he has some ankle tilts.

 

Nice. I like the figure, but I can't help but see Overlord. I'll probably pass on this one as the deluxe figure is satisfactory.

 

Sky Shadow looks so badass. Can't wait to get him, and I'm sure Overlord will be even better.

 

I don't know. Take any knowledge of Overlord out of the equation, and Sky Shadow might just look better than him with that color scheme.

 

I get that. I think this is a bad ass looking figure. I just have more of a desire for Overlord.

 

You know, I absolutely love my Gen Deluxe Black Shadow and had no intention of getting this one. Your review may have just changed my mind... he looks very good and very fun! Nice, concise review, thanks!

I wasn't going to get Titans Return Sky Shadow (Black Shadow), you know, picking and choosing. Luckily, for my birthday next month, Starscream Girlfriend thought smarter, and, boy, am I glad she did. This guy rocks!

 

I got a Sky Shadow, despite telling myself I'd wait for Overlord. Whoops!

 

I think it's worth it to get both.

The retooling is pretty good and deluxe class is a bit small for a phase sixer.
