got myself a second scourge and highbrow for the purpose of partswapping and having a scourge distinct from his sweeps. I swapped the toes/heels, thighs and fists. The sweep is the stock scourge the partswapped one will be my scourge and I intend to get another sweep. Also gave scourge the arms micron fracas targetmaster

    Wow, I didn't know how common Scourge & Highbrow's endo-moulds are!
    Nice swap idea, mang! :)

I wanted to swap their elbows too to give scourge grey elbows (same mold piece again) but couldn't get the pins out and didn't want to damage either figure

Did you put the Highbrow back together? I'm curious as to what he looks like.

Speaking of, how did you detach Scourge's upper hips? Did you remove/put back the pins?

They're just on mushroom pegs when you slide down his spine during transformation, no pin removal needed for anything I did

Here's the highbrow, what you can't see is his heels and fists are now blue

I did this as well, but found that the alt mode suffers a bit. The large post that is the knee joint doesn't go in as far with the Highbrow legs, causing the front of the alt mode to slant.

Mine doesn't have that issue, only issue I have are that highbrows hands were looser than scourges so he drops guns pretty easily

Huh. Maybe I'll have to play around with it then.

I actually bought a Highbrow the other day just to do this. Glad to see someone else do it first so I can see how well it will work.

The hardest part was getting the heels off of highbrow as for whatever reason I was unable to fully separate his legs, other than that I ran into no problems doing the part swap

You mean unscrewing his lower legs?
Yah, a small screwdriver I had didn't work, I needed my dad's set from the dollar store. And need to push very hard so not strip the screws.

I couldn't find the screw higher up on highbrow so I had to gently pry his legs sort enough to get the heels out, scourges legs were easy to get the toes off by comparison

I don't have Highbrow, but saw some great comparison pics with Scourge in this thread:
Titans Return Highbrow & Xort Review

Looks like Highbrow doesn't have the shin panels like Scourge; and from the back view I can't see a screw-pipe for a 3rd screw.
Is there really a 3rd hidden screw?
(again, I'm only working with pics here)

It was the screw in the middle of the lower leg that was missing as I was able to get both the thighs and heel pieces out but couldn't take the whole leg apart

I just did this too and mine transforms perfectly. also, highbrow has a little glue on the tab where his leg does't like to come apart so just point a hair dryer at it for a couple minutes and it comes apart easily.

I brought a Highbrow last night and as soon as I opened it one of the Heli blades broke. I decided to do this.
