Maybe SIEGE Mirage would have been a better base mold.
For the head I'd just modify an RID 2015 Blurr head. Or even the whole figure instead of Mirage.

 

But I like this one better

Edit: also because I'm planning on getting the Studio Series Hotrod lmao

My only question is: how did you remove the spoiler? I ask as I'm looking at my TR Hot Rod and the spoiler is kinda snapped to the point it's swiveling freely but there's a pin holding it. Sorry for bringing you back to this finished project, but I felt as if it is appropriate due to my question.

 

Its okay!

I used a plier and just snapped it off, the spoiler is made from super soft plastics and I thought since Atomizer's gonna be using his bow as a spoiler I didn't think about keeping the original spoiler intact. The aftermath wasn't pretty but since I also made the new adaptor port for his bow, that addon just covers up the mess, out of sight, out of mind haha
