Here is hoping they come out here as well.
Also, 27 EUR??? They raised prices? When I saw CW and movie deluxes in Austria they only cost 22 EUR. They raised prices? Is this the situation in all stores, or are are Tescos cheaper in Germany too?

How can anyone afford to be a collector in Europe with prices like that!  I feel for you collectors out there.

    In what alternate universe???
Check how much Takara Blurr costs on Ebay. Around 55$...
And HLJ isn't an option either, as they never ship as "Gift", meaning things always get taxed.

Yeah, it sucks... but buying stuff from the USA/China at lower prices isn't easy either, given the customs charges (if the package gets caught).
I still don't and will never understand why the USA has basically ZERO tax on imports. We get the same Chinese-made TFs, probably delivered directly from the Hasbro factories there, it just gets taxed right upon entry.

The topic of German/European store prices was brought up during the Hasbro panel at the German CONS convention this past weekend. A Hasbro representative explained that Hasbro no longer sets an MSRP for German retailers, so the stores are free to set their own prices. Apparently a lot of stores take that as an excuse to inflate their prices massively.

The Hasbro rep suggested that customers should take their complaints to the stores. Complain to the employees, to the management, write to the corporate management. Apparently there is already one reported case of stores permanently lowering their prices following such a complaint.
