I originally had other plans for this TR Skullsmasher, but I didn't realize the top of the Croc's head was soft rubber plastic...So I had to pretty much throw away most of the head and reuse this guy for something entirely different. Since this ended up with me getting a 2nd Skullsmasher, I did have a nice pair of guns with a still functional croc neck joint...

So I turned a Crocadile into a Bobcat. The design is a mix of both the original G1 Ravage and the Mainframe BeastWars Ravage on the show.
Scrapped the headtitanmaster and did away with the floppy backpanel to give him a proper cat head in both forms and a backing closer to G1 Ravage's design.
Without redesigning the back legs, I decided to go with a Black Bobcat design for their stubbier bodies&shorter legs. Since it's a black bobcat, I did have to give it a tail, but luckily only a small one.

The guns store on the shoulders and sort of emulate the G1 Hiprockets for beast mode, whereas the tail attached to the shoulder to reveal a pair of hidden rockets within.

I can't say I adore this project. There wasn't much more I could have done without heavy retooling, and it wouldn't have made a huge difference on the final result.
But it does feel a lot better than just tossing the entire figure in a parts box over one mistake.

I like it - can't say I could have ever imagined SC as a bobcat personally & it all goes together cohesively well.

The beast mode looks great, but the head proportions in robot mode are throwing me off a bit, though idk what could be done about that

Neat! That's a very "outside the box" idea for that mold.

Interesting idea, and a good way to recycle a figure that didn't go the way you wanted it to the first time. Well done.
