I pray that this means figures of the 13. I've been wanting figures of the Primes and their artifacts for forever it seems like. I was really hoping that this would be the case because it is called the PRIME Wars Trilogy, after all.

 

I honestly can't wait until the "Prime Wars" trilogy is over, because it's been nothing but various incarnations of G1. While I respect G1, not every Transformers fan out there is a diehard G1 fan, I'm certainly not. I liked how during the "Thrilling 30" they actually payed attention to the name of the line GENERATIONS. It was cool getting figures from a plethora of continuities, and if the Generations line continues I'd like to see that resume after "Power Of The Primes". I'm so sick of everything else getting ignored in favor of G1. Updates of Beast Wars, Beast Machines, RID, and even Armada characters thrown into the mix again would be wonderful!

 

Interesting title, could mean the thirteen or could be like cybertron with a load of new primes.

 

If this indeed means the 13 are the focus of the next installment, we damn better well get an Alpha Trion that actually looks like him, instead of huffing glue and pretooling something unrelated in order to make an homage to something that wasn't a good idea in the first place like they did in TR.

 

I'm just going to ignore the fact that these series exist and just focus on the toys.

 

or maybe even a mix of the two, maybe incorporate some of the various Convoy's from Japan.

Just hope it doesn't come out too 'Optimus Prime Centric': he got a figure and a repaint in CW, and by all accounts is getting 3 (Leader PMOP, Voyager Laser, Titanmaster) and a couple repaints in Titans Return...

Would also be cool to see some of the other Japanese leaders like Dai Atlas and Star Saber.

... I'm suddenly tempted to finish the rest of the Unicron Trilogy instead. XD Looking forward to the Prime toyline though.

 

At least the UT had redeeming qualities and Cybertron is actually really good. I'm hard pressed to find anything good about Machinima CW besides the character designs and Megatron.

 

Some people learn from their mistakes.
Some people forget.
In this case, I'm wondering if they're just deliberately repeating the mistake in order to piss us off.
Machinima don't learn from their mistakes, they just brush them under the carpet. I expect nothing less than pure trash that puts me to sleep faster than chloroform.
But hey, if it turns out watchable then at least I can be pleasantly surprised.

Let me guess; by focus on the Titans you mean focus on anyone BUT the Titans, including Windblade's edgelord personality. ESPECIALLY Windblade's edgelord personality.

 

I won't support this one if it turns out to be terrible.

Okay, I just hope they revisit the CW-Scramble City-esque Combination Cube System so they can make a proper Nexus Prime Toy.

With "Classic" and "Modern" Limb combinations. And Also i want Clocker and Vector Prime to show up in this line.

Heck, Clocker would just be a extended retool of the CW Dead-End/Streetwise Figure. They might have planned this for a reason perhaps?

Wait... Machinima is gunna make a show out of this? Well. *Sarcasm->* Great. *<-Sarcasm*

 

Given that Barber seemed to be planning on Onyx Prime pretty intently, I hope we'll get a Cybertron-style division - "Onxy Prime's Faction of Beastformers," "Micronus's Micro-transformers" or something like that a la Speed Planet, Animal Planet, and so on.

Could be cool. Might even include some homages to something that isn't G1.

 

I will never be able to look at my TAV Windblade without hearing "I'm Windblade" ever again.  

 

If there are more combiner toys coming out they had better use the CW connectors, or I'll burn Hasbro to the ground, or maybe just TP that big Mr. Potatohead.
