that would be awesome, if we can get War Within, why not Transtech? ;)

I believe the reason we didn't get them was because they were largely unable to translate them from 2d to 3d. Also, most were revamped and used in Armada. Look at Transtech Megatron and compare him to Armada Megatron... looks very similar...

There were prototypes made of several toys which we finally saw a few months ago.

    Cheetor prototype

    Starscream prototype

I want that Cheetor and Starscream so bad, but not in Titanium. The War Within characters are being picked for unique look, simple transform, and most importantly, thick parts. Transtech Cheetor wouldn't survive falling over from toy missile fire if some of his parts were metal.

That "Cheetor" would've made a great Speed Planet character, and that "Starscream" would've made a much better Thundercracker figure than what we got. Not sure what they could've done for Force Chip gimmicks, but those would've been cool to get.

Starscream would have made a great toy, but Cheetor's bot mode looks pretty bad.

Yeah, I'd like to see some of the Transtech toys made at some point, and Titanium currently seems like the best bet. Doubt it will happen, though.

And I disagree about TT Starscream being a better Thundercracker than Cyb Thundercracker. I think Cyb Thundercracker is a great toy, and will gladly get Cyb Skywarp as well.

If they sell well they'll probably go nuts with em like they did with the SW ones.
Starscream should definitely be in there eventually, Hasbro knows better.
Plus they can keep selling that same seeker mold in repaints woowoo.
Also hoping for a Sunstorm or a G1 Cyberton style Bumblebee, or some G1 anime styled Ironhide/Ratchets.

Plus Unicron needs his tforming Death Star playbuddy. To go shoot some moon pool and stuff. Someone in the art section here created an awesome design for one a few years ago. Wonder what happened to it?

I am hoping for Hearts of Steel figures, that Shockwave boat would rock.

Transtech was a decent idea to keep one storyline and move it back to pure vehicles. However how everything went down got us to vehicles much quicker and cleaner, and just left us with multiple universes. And that's much better IMO so that these characters can be seperate from what happened "back then".

I think since we're getting WarWithin TOYS!, We should just shut up and be Happy. Personaly speaking.

Those Transtech Prototypes make me glade the line was canned. Starscream looks like an alright toy, but he looks more like Depth Charge IMO. What, did Starscream's immortal spark take over Depth Charge's dead corpse and than have it scan a cybertronian jet? Also, Cheetor looks like a mess... a cool vehicle mode to be sure, but that 'bot mode needs some help.

All in all... I really doubt that we'd get any Transtech figures for the simple fact that there's nothing tangible to link it to for the kiddies. Sure this may be a line geared towards collectors in some way, but that's what Alternators was totted as too. At least with the WW designs Hasbro can point to the DW reprints IDW is going to release and say "Read this kid.".

Personally, rather than Transtech... I'd like to see some of IDW's new designs get put in there. F22 Starscream and possibly some of the Elseworld TF figures... I'd really love to see the Seeker Biplane trio... or that cannon Megatron... or even the Train Optimus. Those would be cool. And maybe some of the GI Joe/TF Crossover designs.

that starscream screams depthcharge to me....i was thinking i hope we get some of the DW world war 1 designs...i so want a 3 inch bruticus....

here, let me lift that rock off of you....anyway, titanium is a line of 3 and 6 inch figures...the 3 inchers are all basically mini statues, while the 6 inch will transform..(at least what we've seen so far) designs range the entire spectrum of transfomers mythos, and they will be using the lost art of diecast. very similiar to the star wars titanium series out in stores now....

Titanium Transtech? No thanks, they're still ugly as sin, the only reason people are drooling over these protos is because everything looks better as a resin proto. If these things made it to production there'd be as much interest in them as there is in a titanium beast machines cheetor.

I'd much rather see them give us versions of Transformers that are unlikely to be featured in the neo g1 line or the upcoming movie, the other dinobots, bludgeon, cyclonus, scourge and so on, maybe war within style beastwars characters like the zoid leoconvoy.
