So finally the Titan UK Transformers comic are giving us toys on the covers as a regular feature. The first ones are Prime series Optimus and Breakdown (one per magazine).

    The rest are scheuled as:

Issue 2: Bumblebee and Arcee - 24th July
Issue 3: Megatron and Vehicon - 21st August
Issue 4: Ratchet and Starscream - 9th October
    Issue 5: Bulkhead - 20th November

I assume there will be more, but so far they look awesome

Pretty cool! So they wrap the comics with the toy? That's a pretty good incentive!
Your title says AOE toys, but these are TFPrime toys.

Yeah, it's funny how they start bundling in Prime toys now they've switched to AoE. But hey, it's not another dart gun at least!

These look pretty sweet. Especially since we've never seen a local Breakdown in the USA... :(  No, wait... I forgot about the McD's toy! :lol

I did a quick check online but didn't see any other figures like this, they might have though, and just gone unreported some point or something

Well since the ROTF comic ended like 3 years ago probably lol

I didn't even now there was a thread for the comic either!

Wow no Knockout or Smokescreen? I find it weird that went with Breakdown considering how irrelevant he was in the grand scheme of things.

Well, it basically became the UK TF comic thread after we couldn't be bothered to keep up with their rebranding.

    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-comics-discussion/277428-uk-tf-rotf-comics-thread.html

But considering the thread basically devolved into all of us lamenting at how poor the comic had become (bi monthly? Really?) and the last post before mine yesterday was over a year ago it's easy to see why it was missed.

I didn't even realise the title was still going as I'd not seen a copy in stores here for over a year.

As nice as a few little PVC figures are, assuming the cover price for the comic is probably still ridiculously high as ever (if not moreso by now) it's an easy pass. More likely I'll find the little figures on a car boot sale next year for just pennies anyway so I'm not rushing out to buy a copy.

Now if they'd stuck Universe 2.0 Legends Cosmos or Wheelie as the covermount I'd be all over it. :p

Anyways, thanks guys for the UK news. :)
