Wait, when did they say he was going to be limited to 3k pieces?

 

Hey Yaujta,in case I am wrong,which I don't think I am in this link below it was said by a famous board member that wrote me telling me it is as good as,plus even in the pic it states US: 3K and the rest of the world at 6K or 9000 total.So look thru this thread link below and you will see I was told that by another member.

Unless I hear it from the horse's mouth I won't believe the limited release of Fortress Maximus, why would they do that if Metroplex & Devastator wasn't? It just sounds hokey to me.

 

I'm pretty sure he's got it just a tad wrong.... If I'm not mistaken, the limited release version comes with certain accessories namely the sword. The retail version (w/o said sword) is not a limited release. This is assuming that the leaked slide with the first crappy photos we saw is legit and correct.

While I agree, they might limit him if Devs isn't doing all that great at retail.

The only figures that really impress me so far are Fortress Maximus, Galvatron, and Rewind. I'm uninterested with all the other figures. Plus, Fortress Maximus is going to cost my wallet, so I don't have a lot of cash for next year.

With the new recent reveals, i'm reviving this thread...

I have to say thay some of thw revealed figures did really impressed me... Blurr is looking very good, Wheelie did steal the show, Chromedome is looking nice and Fortress Maximus looks really impressive.

 

I was impressed by most of it. Dont like Legends molds but Wheelie does look nice. Blaster/Soundwave's tapemates look like complete trash imo.

 

Yeah, most of the tapes suck... except for the humanoid mold... i hope someday that hasbro releases that mold as rewind.

 

Not a big fan of that one either....and even less of one since they didnt get unique heads

 

But they are? We've known about Rewind for months.

Also, glad this can finally end that whole "Fort Max is a limited release" debacle. They said at TF that this version doesn't come witj a sword and that there will be an exclusive version later. So there.

As for the figures, HOLY SHIT this the best line ever.

 

It's become apparent to me that the deluxes and voyagers have either a blaster weapon or a component (Skullcrunchers tail/Weapon, Blurr's shield) that can double as it's own mini-vehicle for any spare Titanmasters you have from swapping heads and using the Master scale vehicle weapons.
There's always somewhere for the spare master to go instead of having them bobbing about loose all the time if you don't have a handy base bot to peg the to at the time. Genius.

 

I'm literally only getting Decepticons in TR, 2-4 Autobots :O

 

I am loving pretty much every figure in this line. Even the Buzzsaw/Laserbeak mold, which has a certain chucky-ness in hand that figures for me. I will be getting Leader Soundwave and every single one of his casette (tablet) minions. Mindwipe is a definite, Hardhead is aboslutely, gotta get me an Astrotrain, possibly Galvatron and Scourge, Blurr is maybe, need Brainstorm for a G1 style version, from what I can see, I must get Wheelie, and now waiting for more stuff to be revealed.  

 

Legends: I'll get Wheelie, Laserbeak, Rewind, Rumble and Frenzy out of the ones revealed/inevitable so far.

Deluxe: I'm definitely getting Chromedome, Blurr, Mindwipe, Brainstorm and maybe Scourge.

Voyager: Astrotrain and Galvatron are a must-have.

Leader: PMOP and Soundwave.

 

I am mixed on this line. Why are we getting back to back Brainstorms? What was wrong with the thrilling 30 one.

Fort Maxx will be mine. So will the rest of the Headmasters. Even if I have the Fansproject ones. I see a price dip coming on the X collection.

The main thing that annoys me the most about this line, and a bit of the CW line is how Hasbro is messing with the scale of my classics collection.

All the sudden I have a leader sized Scourge, Galvatron, Megatron, and the seekers. They don't need to be that big.

It's a bit frustrating after getting the classics collection all in "scale".
