Has there been any word on Series 5, the one with Arcee and Scorponok?

 

You know, now that TRU closed I can't find these anymore. Online they only have cases, (I know there is eBay but they are getting pricey) and I don't have many stores except a Target that only carries Deluxe and up on Siege and Voyager up in Studio Series. I definetely would get Chopter, Cogman, and more Dinobots if I could. Oh, and maybe Lockdown.

I have Movie Soundwave, Movie Blackout, Movie Crosshairs, Movie Shadow Grimlock, and Movie Grimlock.

Is this one of those lines that, like Kreons, became outside the US only?

 

I know they were spotted in Canada several months ago. There's an eBayer I rely on who lives in Canada who is always able to get the latest wave of TTT after they come out and actually puts them up for a fairly reasonable price, so I've got that whole series (along with Cyberverse TTT Wave 1 and the 4 new ones in Wave 2). I can take pics if you want, though my camera isn't admittedly the best for toys this small.

 

Not sure if it's been asked, but are what are the tank/trucks that Chopper is beating the shit out of.

 

They're from some Monsterpocalypse set I got from 5-Below ages ago. They (plus a 4th egg-carrying truck) were originally glued to a base.

I used the ‘fondle method’ to identify all the unconfirmed ones, but I am pretty certain that I am correct. You can make sure by using the tiny circular window on the bags to confirm by color (I noticed the window after purchasing).
Using the blue on Chromia, you can see the tiny window just beside Megatron’s head:

 

Those look much better!

It makes sense to not avoid painting these up. Projects like this can be very enjoyable and satisfying. It’s not like these little guys will appreciate in dollar value in the future, and if a little paint can greatly add to your appreciation when looking at them on the shelf and talking about them with others, it makes more sense to get your money’s worth via appreciation out of these little guys.

These are my favorites so far. There's something really satisfying about how simple but effective Jetfire's torso rotation is, and I like how Ironhide basically works like a pair of scissors.
