Definitely one of my favourite figures in my collection, his only problems are his missing gun and yellow pellets as well as the infamous gold plastic syndrome, which in fairness has only degraded this hinge. Plugs into the screw holes on his back in robot mode for a Rodimus inspired back (ironic considering the botcon toy was a Rodimus repaint

should be an easy job! I’ll get to work on those pellets after the wind deflector this’ll probably be slightly more difficult that the pellets, but before I do anything, have you tried tightening the screws on the feet?
my condolences, my thoughts at the moment would be to design a brace that connects the strut between the feet to the back of the ankle joint so the figure doesn’t fall backwards on itself
