Interesting take on Tarn’s powers, but I’m trying to figure out how that works. He is transmitting radio waves, but the phone Shocks is talking on is broadcasting not him, and as Deathsaurus showed, if you kill internal radios the voice is powerless.

And even if Damus can control electronics, he’d still have to control the phone broadcasting, and even in space “close” can still hundreds of miles apart. Does he have that type of range? If so, why didn’t he just broadcast his voice throughout Lost Light and kill overlord and drift that way?

And if Shocks is really that logical, wouldn’t he have thought of not even talking to Tarn before he called? Why didn’t Tarn use his voice on Megs? Why didn’t Megs just plug Tarn into a giant speaker and have him make every Autobot kill themselves?

No more weird than Skullgrin and Bomb-burst in their G1 pre-pretender bodies when they’re actually dead and they looked completely different and died in Stormbinger unless its Dauros and Blood and dauros is currently an aligned con on Cybertron right now

 

Dominus was huge as Vos, and blue, and his face was spiky. Given Vos’ face is also a giant hook, are his hands a stretch too?

 

Whoa there buddy, get crazy, I'm sure Tarn requires a lot of concentration to disrupt a single bots' spark and his voice doesn't affect anyone but the intended Target. He also only uses it's powers at rest, never in battle; so more evidence that it requires concentration.

Damn, this issue definitely has my attention. I've been struggling to stay interested in Lost Light but it looks like the story is finally ramping back up. I really hope that we're finally gonna get some insight into what happened with Grimlock.

 

Dang, I'm loving where it's looking like they're going with this, but can someone remind me of something? What holes in LSOTW is this filling in exactly?

It’s kind of weird that we’re leaving Rodimus and the gang after only just revisiting them after a three issue absence, and even the two issues before that only featured a handful of the gang. Not that I’m complaining though. More Scavengers is always welcome. Throw in Scorponok, Shockwave and the DJD, and colour me excited.

And it’s nice to get two issues in a month. Lost Light is finally back on schedule. About time.
