It has always made sense to me to view the Radicons Customs forum with the posts sorted by 'Thread creation time' rather than the default 'Last message time'. As a forum visitor, my focus is on the customs rather than comments to the customs.
Since the recent update however, I find that I need to re-applied those settings every time I go to the forum rather than having my preference saved to my account. I have made sure that I'm logged in and I have tried clearing my cookies, but the forum always reverts to sorting by whichever post happens to have gotten a message recently.
Am I doing something incorrectly? Can the old functionality be re-added?

Choosing "Thread Start Time" on the old board, via the options at bottom of any forum, did not stay applied. If you left said forum, and returned, it went back to "Normal". At least that was intended functionality and how it worked for me.

I did not see an account level option to keep it set in old system, and that is not an option here. You would need to click, reapply that choice each visit. I'll look into alternatives, but for now that's how it's working.

You're right. I just double checked the bookmark that I usually used and it contained arguments that specified the display settings:
    .../radicons-customs/?pp=30&sort=dateline&order=desc&daysprune=-1&prefixid=
I mis-remembered it as being an account thing.
If no account settings are possible, can the new system generate a unique URL in the same manner?

    Looks like it's this:

    Code:
    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/forums/radicons-customs.406/?order=post_date
Sort, go to page 2, then go back to page 1, and it will show you the proper url to bookmark.

Can toss in prefix options as well while you're at it.
