Thoughts on ROTF Voyager Optimus Prime and Deluxe Bumblebee?

    I never bought the Voyager Optimus Prime from the first movie. Is this the same one? How many stars out of 5 would you give him?

    The same with Deluxe Bumblebee - is the same as the first movie, and how many stars?

    The Prime is a repaint from the first movie. He's a lot of fun! I would give him 4 out of 5 stars because of the backpack that he has is bot mode. It doesn't detract much, but I feel it's kind of lazy design.

    There are a few things on Bumblebee that are different. He's got a different right arm, head, and front end. I think the TFTM Bumblebee was one of the best Deluxe figures from the first movie and this one doesn't change it too much. I would also give this one a 4 out of 5 stars just because lining the panels up when changing back to alt mode can sometimes be a pain.

    I plan on getting the new voyager prime when I find him. The toy istelf is fantastic. The leg transformation is fun and complex, and the truck mode is nice as well.

    I have all four versions of the original mold. Great mold, I'm tempted to get this one too if the paint scheme is different enough.

    Anyone have comparison pics?

    I don't care for the Voyager Prime mold at all. Half of the truck mode sits on the robot's back, and it just looks way too skinny overall to me. 3/5 stars. Bumblebee isn't bad, just a little fiddly. 4/5 stars.

    I didnt bother with the new one because its just a repaint but the robvision one I have is awesome......the only gripe is the backpack like mentioned before

    Buy Prime. Don't bother with Bumblebee, wait for one of the newer versions. The old one was made of ass and annoying transformation.

    I liked the first movie BB, and this one has a more accurate head and color scheme. For ten (twelve >_<) bucks you can't go wrong.

    Primes great, but the backpack SUCKS. I thought they coulda made it collapse or something.

    Bumblebee... All his molds, (SAVE THAT SUCKY ULTIMATE BEE) are great. But I would wait for either that sweet HA Bee or the canon blast one.
